Synopsis:

"This sequel to the 2003 actioner stars Gabriel Macht as S.W.A.T. trainer Paul Cutler, who is transferred from Los Angeles to Detroit, where he must try to whip a resentful squad into shape while foiling a killer with a vendetta. One-time government agent Walter Hatch (Robert Patrick) holds Cutler responsible for a tragic death that occurs during a hostage situation and begins a bloody campaign to make Cutler and his new compatriots suffer."
